Xelix provides AI solutions that automate and strengthen financial controls for large companies, helping Accounts Payable teams move from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows.

• Own end-to-end design for high-complexity or high-ambiguity problems, from framing through delivery
• Set standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency, and uphold them in critique
• Partner with engineers on implementation decisions and tradeoffs between technical constraints and user experience
• Stay current with agentic and AI-assisted development methods and assess their impact on product and design workflows
• Develop perspectives on how Design, Product, and Engineering roles are evolving
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Identify product gaps, risks, and opportunities before they become assigned work
• Challenge scope, priority, or approach when it benefits the user or product
• Lead research and usability testing, including planning, sessions, and synthesis
• Build a strong point of view on user needs and use evidence to influence others
• Act as a design partner to product and engineering leadership
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across teams
• Communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own selected areas of the design system and evolve them as the product grows
• Set documentation standards and help designers apply the system consistently
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers
• Contribute to design team processes, critique formats, hiring, and career frameworks
• Raise the craft bar across the team through example

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in product design
• Portfolio showing complex, high-quality product work shipped end-to-end
• Experience driving projects independently from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions
• Experience planning and leading research and usability testing
• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers
• Comfortable using or evaluating AI-assisted design and development tools
• Deep proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma and systems-level component thinking
• Strong understanding of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and design systems architecture
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how design decisions are implemented in code
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous problems
• Self-directed, with sound judgment about when to escape or decide
• Nice to have: Understanding of finance and accounting basics, experience in scale-up, start-up, or agency environments, experience contributing to team processes, hiring, or career development frameworks
