Job summary

Nscale ищет опытного дизайнера UX/UI для полного цикла дизайна фич в рамках команды. Вы будете вместе с продакт‑менеджером и инженерами формировать рамки, разворачивать идеи в прототипы и готовить решения, соответствующие целям пользователей и бизнесу.

Вы будете развивать дизайн‑систему, проводить discovery‑исследования, писать спецификации и сопровождать внедрение, учитывая edge‑кейсы и доступность. Непосредственно наставлять младших дизайнеров.

Qualifications

• 2–5 лет опыта дизайна веб‑продуктов.
• Портфолио с реализованными проектами.
• Сильные основы UX и визуального дизайна.
• Умение согласовывать цели со всеми заинтересованными.
• Умение работать с данными для обоснования решений.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать дизайн‑решения от идеи до реализации.

Nscale is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform with data centres, software, and applications that power the AI stack using sustainable technology solutions.

Задачи

Own end-to-end design for features within the team’s area, from framing through delivery; Partner with product and engineering to scope, iterate, and ship solutions that meet user and business goals; Contribute to Nscale’s design system and keep patterns consistent across the product; Run discovery by sketching, prototyping, and testing concepts with users; Write design specifications, hand off designs to engineering, and support implementation through launch; Identify edge cases, accessibility issues, and design debt affecting user outcomes; Informally mentor more junior designers.

Требования

2–5 Years of experience designing web-based or similar digital products; Portfolio reflecting shipped work; Strong UX fundamentals and visual craft, including typography, interaction design, and motion; Comfortable aligning different stakeholder groups around a common goal; Data-informed approach to design decisions; Clear written communication and communication in reviews; Nice to have: Passion for AI and technology.
