Job summary

Conduct AI is shaping how enterprises use complex software. In this role you'll map end-to-end user journeys, spend meaningful time with customers, and turn insights into clear workflows and interactions that product and engineering can ship. You own the loop from question to insight to shipped product, not a handoff.

You’ll apply deep UX research, translate findings into practical design decisions, and advocate for AI-centered UX in a fast-moving enterprise context. We sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end.
• Deep UX research skills with customer interviews and observation.
• Clear viewpoint on how AI shifts user behaviour and interaction.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills end-to-end.
• Pragmatic and shipping-oriented attitude.
• Low ego and collaborative, partner to product and engineering.
