You will combine research, data and direct user contact to inform design, contribute to shared standards, and collaborate with Engineering, Product and Research to deliver accessible, high-quality digital products.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end ownership of complex digital product experiences.
• Shows design thinking, craft and problem-solving approaches.
• Strong interaction and visual design with usability and accessibility focus.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to production-ready solutions.
• Plan and conduct lightweight research and collaborate with UX Researchers.
• Contribute to design system development for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data and Marketing to align on scope and feasibility.
• Advocate for evidence-based design and measurable impact.
