Join our innovative digital payments team to create seamless payment experiences that impact millions of customers across India. You will design user-centered solutions for various payment scenarios while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the future of digital payments. This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale projects that directly influence how customers interact with money in the digital age.
Key job responsibilities
• Design payment experiences across multiple use-cases including rewards, recurring payments, and bill payments
• Create and maintain scalable design systems for various payment scenarios
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs throughout the product lifecycle
• Apply research insights and data analytics to inform design decisions
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver user-centered solutions
• Participate in research studies to understand user behaviors in digital payments
A day in the life
Your day might begin with a collaborative design review session with your team, discussing user feedback on recent payment feature launches. You'll spend time crafting wireframes for new payment flows, conducting usability sessions with customers, and iterating on designs based on research insights. You'll collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and work with product managers to align design solutions with business goals. Some days you might focus on evolving our design system, while others might involve deep-diving into analytics to understand user behavior patterns.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for consumer products
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
- Portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing digital product design work
- Experience designing financial technology or payment products
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Understanding of mobile-first design principles
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Background in conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
