Business Development Associate, Amazon Pay

We’re looking for an experienced professional to help drive the future of digital payments. Amazon Pay enables millions of Amazon customers to shop easily and securely at participating merchants across India.

We seek a candidate with experience in listening to customers, developing scalable programs for online customer-facing experiences, and collaborating with technical teams in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves working with external partners to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  1. Manage implementation of initiatives with banks and processors.
  2. Drive adoption of specific payment experiences by collaborating with banks and processors.
  3. Coordinate with external stakeholders such as Networks, Banks, Processors, and Technical Service Providers to set up business rates and deals.
  4. Oversee reconciliation, invoicing, partner payouts, and receivables to ensure controllership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in banking or payments is preferred.
