Job summary

DevRev is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the Arcade Design System—the structural layer across product teams. You will shape component behavior, token architecture, and how a growing design team contributes to a coherent system, ensuring consistency across the platform.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with engineers on APIs and migrations, and transform recurring questions into scalable patterns. The role emphasizes system-level thinking and long-term platform integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product design experience with design-systems focus.
• Expert Figma skills – advanced component architecture, variants, variables, and library management at scale.
• Experience embedding with engineering on component migration, API design, or design-to-code pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own Arcade components end-to-end from Figma to production.
• Define and maintain the token system (color, spacing, elevation, typography).
• Drive Figma library governance – versioning, contribution models, release cadence.
• Collaborate with engineers on component APIs, prop contracts, and migration paths.
• Turn recurring questions into documentation or patterns; enable self-service.
• Propose unified patterns when teams solve similar problems differently.
• Mentor junior designers on systems thinking through workshops and critiques.
