You’ll work on UI components across website and portal environments, collaborate with stakeholders, and bring a strong understanding of user navigation in regulated settings. Your aim will be to create a consistent, accessible experience from the first touchpoint to authenticated portal interactions. As part of the Digital Experience Design Guild, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, learn from others, and help strengthen our design practice.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026.
