Natter’s platform enables users to share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations, allowing anyone with a smartphone to have a say on key decisions, from workplace strategy to new product offerings.

Hybrid (Office in Aldwych, Central London, UK)

Product Designer Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at Natter, you’ll:

  • Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Manage your design process, timelines, and deliverables within an Agile environment.

  • You have 5+ years experience in user experience & product design.
  • You have designed complex applications and user flows from concept to launch.
  • You have led user research projects of various scopes.
  • You are experienced in designing simple, intuitive interfaces.
  • You participate in and lead agile development processes.
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator.
  • You display leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
Desirable
  • Experience developing enterprise products or platforms.
  • Enthusiasm and resilience in a fluid, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
