Job summary

Intact Insurance, formerly RSA in the UK, is seeking a Product Designer to shape digital experiences across multiple brands within the UK Insurance business. You will deliver end-to-end design, iterate on AI-enabled workflows, and ensure alignment with our design system and agile delivery.

The role focuses on designing user-centric features, enabling trust in AI-driven insights, and evolving a robust design process to maximize value for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end, user-centred product designs, including user journeys, flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces across multiple digital products and services.
• Design intuitive AI-enabled experiences that are transparent and trustworthy, integrating AI insights and recommendations.
• Define and continuously improve a robust product design process delivering measurable value for Intact and customers.

Win as a Team:

The purpose of this role is to design and optimise innovative, user-centric solutions for products and services within Intact’s UK Insurance business. As a Product Designer, you will driver expansion andimprovement of digital features and capabilities across multiple brands, delivering value to the business and our customers while ensuring best practice and adherence to our design system.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Create end-to-end, user-centred product designs, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs, across multiple digital products and services.
• Design intuitive AI-enabled experiences and workflows, ensuring AI capabilities are integrated in ways that are transparent, trustworthy and enhance user decision-making. This includes designing experiences where users can understand, validate and confidently act on AI-driven insights and recommendations.
• Define and continuously improve a robust product design process that delivers measurable value for Intact, our partners and our customers.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience working in product/platform focused design environments.
• Expertise in design tooling – preferably Figma, Adobe Creative Suite as well as rapid prototyping and user testing tools e.g. Axure, Usertestint.com
• A good understanding of Agile delivery methodology
