Product Designer (UI/UX)

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and support growthinitiatives. If you're a hands-on designer with a passion for creating seamless, end-to-end digital experiences—and you're confident working independently on complex projects—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Designing intuitive user flows and experiences with a strong focus on UI/UX, service design, and content strategy.
• Visualising both front-end interfaces and the underlying service interactions that power them.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and external partners to ensure design consistency across systems.
• Leading end-to-end design efforts on complex projects, driving product decisions and translating ideas into tangible outcomes.
• Creating prototypes that clearly articulate user journeys and design intent using industry-standard tools.
• Continuously iterating and improving design solutions through feedback loops.
• Managing your time effectively and delivering work with minimal oversight.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a holistic design thinking approach.
• Excellent Figma skills and experience handing off designs to engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think through the full customer journey—from order to distribution to enrollment.
• Collaborative mindset with great communication, presentation, and content design abilities.
• Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing for VR environments.
• Background in B2B enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to education-focused products or services (especially with hardware like headsets).
