Forge Holiday Group is seeking a Product Designer to join our Product Design team and shape seamless digital experiences across the UK's leading travel brands. If you're passionate about solving customer problems, creating intuitive products and turning insights into impactful experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

You will identify and solve meaningful customer and business problems, lead discovery activities, and design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile and service touchpoints while

Qualifications

Proven Product Design experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience taking products from discovery through to delivery.
Excellent UX, interaction and visual design skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A curious, analytical and customer-focused mindset.
Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
Confidence using AI tools and applying human judgement to decisions.
Experience within ecommerce, marketplaces, travel or hospitality is a bonus, along with CRO, experimentation or AI-enhanced customer experiences.

Job description

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team and help shape seamless digital experiences across some of the UK's leading travel brands. If you're passionate about solving customer problems, creating intuitive products and turning insights into impactful experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Up to £65,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Reporting to our Head of Product Design
Part of our Product Design team

What you'll be doing:

Design end-to-end experiences across web, mobile and service touchpoints
