The Opportunity

Crypto.com is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead a team of designers in the Exchange division. You will shape the design direction across multiple web and mobile products, support product designers, collaborate with product managers, and foster a positive environment for delivering high-quality design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers through collaboration, feedback, and guidance.
• Create designs to develop product and feature directions, communicate ideas, and support the team.
• Collaborate with multiple product managers to establish timelines, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to your designers, fostering their growth.
• Establish and maintain an effective design process for your team.
• Share your expertise in design to train and mentor your team.
• Facilitate user research activities such as interviews, focus groups, and usability tests.
• Work with the executive team to align on vision and strategy.
• Present and communicate design decisions and rationale to other teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working at a top-tier trading team.
• Must be a trader.
• Exceptional knowledge of design as a craft, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design.
• Extensive experience designing multiple B2C digital products/services for international audiences.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and UX principles, with the ability to plan design roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality products at scale.
• Experience in developing and coaching a design team.
• Strong leadership skills with a creative vision aligned with business goals.
