We are a practitioner-led, CQC-regulated digital mind health provider, working with expert practitioners to broaden access to high-quality care across the UK. Leveraging technology, we aim to provide scalable, personalized solutions that enhance mental well-being and bridge gaps in mental healthcare delivery.
We partner with institutions such as the NHS, insurance companies, and universities to deliver therapy, psychiatry, neurodevelopmental assessments, and post-diagnosis care for adults, children, and young people.
We seek a Design Lead skilled in both UI and UX digital product design. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for UX, with expertise in this area, but will also handle UI responsibilities daily.
Given the variety of user problems from different areas and types, the candidate must be adept at prioritization and stakeholder management. You will drive the design of intuitive, user-centric experiences for both clinician and client-facing web applications, applying design thinking principles to create engaging and valuable user experiences, and promoting human-centered methodologies within the product team. This role includes line management responsibilities.
