We are seeking a Sustainable Design Leader for BA Product Design at Central Saint Martins. This role offers the chance to join a vibrant course team on an internationally acclaimed program that encourages creative experimentation, academic research, and critical practice.

The BA Product and Industrial Design course explores product design across FMCG, furniture, consumer products, and service design. Our diverse staff, students, and alumni lead industry innovation, challenge conventions, and expand the discipline. Our community is ambitious, cross-disciplinary, and engaged with audiences through ideas and innovation.

This leadership role involves overseeing operational and academic management of the course stages, primarily focusing on teaching. Responsibilities include providing academic oversight, strategic leadership, monitoring, pastoral and academic support, and ensuring assessment fairness. The course emphasizes collaborative, cross-sector, and interdisciplinary student projects, with opportunities for external partnerships, enterprise, and events.
