We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help us develop cutting-edge products that meet the needs of fitness enthusiasts around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, product design engineering or similar, combined with an active interest in strength & fitness.

Our HQ is based in Norwich. We are happy to look at relocation options for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring they meet quality, performance and cost targets.
• Utilise CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure product designs are feasible and meet customer needs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Prototype and test new designs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and test results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide technical support to the customer service team for after sales care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience working with steel and metalwork, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
