Job summary

Alloyed, a UK-based innovator in advanced metal components, is seeking a Product Delivery Engineer to bridge Development, Test, Production, and Supply Chain. You will support planning, coordinate activities, and ensure blockers are removed to keep delivery on track.

The role offers exposure to product management, project delivery, manufacturing, testing, customer engagement, and business operations in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, testing, or technology development.
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; ability to gain buy-in across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with delivery focus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving in fast-paced technical environments.
• Proactive, adaptable, bias for action; ownership of challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners with planning, coordination, and delivery across engineering, testing, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop and maintain project delivery and production plans with Product Owners and Production teams.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution against plans within the product team; ensure priorities are clear.
• Ensure effective communication between teams; clarify decisions and priorities.
• Identify blockers and risks; escalate to maintain delivery momentum.
• Facilitate stand-ups, risk reviews, readiness reviews, and delivery-focused meetings.
• Monitor progress against milestones; maintain visibility of delivery status and decisions.
• Support customer interactions; capture requirements and keep them visible.
• Contribute to problem solving with technical teams; coordinate implementations.
• Support development builds and engine test campaigns; ensure readiness across all assets.
• Apply proportionate project management processes; align with maturity and pace of business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and quality systems.
