We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join a large B2B services provider based in Chester. In this role, you will craft impactful content to support sales, enhance multi-channel marketing, and clearly articulate our client’s product offerings. As part of the product marketing team, you will lead the implementation of the product content strategy, ensuring comprehensive support for market launches through sales pitch decks, playbooks, product sheets, and web content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, benefit-led content that communicates product value and differentiation effectively.
• Create compelling launch collateral aligned with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay informed on market trends to produce relevant content for target audiences.
• Develop sales tools such as battle cards, one-pagers, email templates, scripts, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to address buyer needs, objections, and messaging gaps.
• Produce branded assets, playbooks, training materials, and solution briefs to support partner channels.
• Customize messaging for partners across various industries and audiences.
• Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all content and formats.
• Edit and improve existing content; support proofreading for grammar and tone.
• Assist with internal communications and broader business content tasks as needed.
