Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, in partnership with Hackajob, are seeking a Product Content & Merchandising Executive to ensure compelling online presentation of the accommodation portfolio, accurate content and high-quality merchandising that supports conversion.

This 20-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working (in the office 2 days per week), with travel industry exposure and opportunities to influence content across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong digital merchandising and content management skills.
• Attention to detail with accurate content tracking across channels.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders and hotel partners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the online presentation of new and existing properties, including on sale processing, image sourcing, amends, content-related errata and content tracking e.g. photoshoot/renovation
• Maintains key content trackers, ensuring accuracy across digital channels. Responsible for following up on missing or incorrect content as necessary to ensure high-quality customer experience
• Conducts website and merchandising reviews across the portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions where required
• Manage ad-hoc content amend requests from both external and internal sources, ensuring requests align with merchandising standards, customers experience and trading priorities
• Continually review processes being used and make recommendations for improvements for your area of expertise
• Supports ad-hoc property content and merchandising actions as and when required
