Purpose

Red4Bed is a dynamic and innovative start-up healthcare/lifestyle company dedicated to revolutionizing the sleep market. We are moving from pre‑commercial to launch and seek an experienced product & brand marketing manager to lead this process. The role involves translating our Sage × Creator brand blueprint into creative, performance-driven campaigns and retail‑ready collateral.

Core Functions & Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Execution & DTC Growth

  • Lead launch strategy and performance across Shopify, landing pages, and UX optimization.
  • Manage paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google to meet CAC and ROAS goals.
  • Integrate tools for 3PL and customer service for smooth fulfillment.

2. Brand & Content Development

  • Oversee creative production including packaging, photography, video, and UGC.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

3. Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

  • Build automated email and SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing.

4. Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Manage influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and usage rights.
  • Moderate and grow online community (e.g., Facebook/Slack).
  • Identify co-marketing partnership opportunities.

5. Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct surveys and analyze insights for strategy development.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and report regularly.

6. Retail & Compliance Support

  • Prepare trade marketing materials for retail.
  • Ensure materials comply with UK/EU regulations.

Experience & Skills Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in business or marketing.
  • 3–5 years experience in FMCG, wellness, or DTC start-up marketing.
  • Experience with product launches, experiential events.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Spark partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in lifecycle/email automation and CRO testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Gantt project management tools.
