Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a creative Graphic Designer for a well-established product manufacturer near Cardiff to join on a permanent basis. You will work across packaging, brochures, catalogs, digital campaigns and promotional content to support product development and marketing.

You will maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials, prepare print-ready artwork, edit product imagery and collaborate with marketing, product development and commercial teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• A portfolio demonstrating your creative ability across print and digital design.
• Experience with packaging, product design or print production in manufacturing, retail or consumer-focused environments.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour and brand development.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing artwork for product packaging, labels, brochures and marketing collateral.
• Creating digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns and online product listings.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Preparing print-ready artwork and ensuring files meet production specifications.
• Editing and enhancing product imagery to support marketing and sales activity.
• Collaborating with colleagues across marketing, product development and commercial teams.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contributing fresh ideas to enhance the presentation of the company's products.
