Job summary

1. We are working with a well-established product manufacturing business just outside Cardiff to recruit a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

   This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to join a growing business, working across a varied range of creative projects to support product development, branding and marketing activity.

   The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality visual content across both print and digital platforms, helping to showcase the company's products and maintain a consistent, engaging brand identity.

   The Role

   Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for delivering creative design solutions across a broad range of materials, including product packaging, brochures, catalogues, digital campaigns and promotional content.

   • Designing and developing artwork for product packaging, labels, brochures and marketing collateral.
   • Creating digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns and online product listings.
   • Maintaining brand consistency across all creative materials.
   • Preparing print-ready artwork and ensuring files meet production specifications.
   • Editing and enhancing product imagery to support marketing and sales activity.
   • Collaborating with colleagues across marketing, product development and commercial teams.
   • Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
   • Contributing fresh ideas and creative input to enhance the presentation of the company's products.

   About You

   • Previous experience in a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
   • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
   • A portfolio demonstrating your creative ability across print and digital design.
   • Experience with packaging, product design or print production, ideally within a manufacturing, retail or consumer-focused environment.
   • A good understanding of typography, layout, colour and brand development.
   • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
   • The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with different teams.
