About the Role

Our product team works together across the US and UK offices to build and maintain the data, platform, and analytical tools used by our colleagues to deliver impactful insights for our clients. Principal Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of new features and ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs for timely resolution
• Collaborate with engineering and PMO teams to ensure accurate feature implementation
• Communicate findings and suggestions clearly across teams
• Analyse test results and user feedback to improve system performance and experience
• Contribute to system enhancements and overall product quality
• Build understanding of tools, systems, and stakeholder solutions through training and hands-on experience
• Provide user support related to platform data and availability

• Support colleagues and clients in resolving product-related issues
