You will be central to the growth of the Commercial Lending Team, with plans to build a strong business for our commercial customers.

About the role

As a Products and Propositions Manager, being customer-obsessed is crucial. You will identify, prioritize, assess, design, and deliver customer-centric commercial propositions and product developments.

Working with the wider Commercial Lending Team, you’ll create insight-led products that benefit the business and meet market needs. You will champion product development, work with stakeholders for buy-in, and manage a portfolio of change, assessing impact and benefits, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and regulatory guidance.

You will also coordinate pricing changes and product launches, ensuring timely, compliant, and customer-focused delivery. Collaboration with distribution, marketing, digital, and operational teams will be essential to bring plans to life, with strong stakeholder relationships and influencing skills.

Location flexibility is offered, with travel as required.

About you

You should have a good understanding of financial products, stakeholder management experience, and industry knowledge. Experience in delivering change, excellent communication skills, digital literacy, data analytics expertise, and the ability to generate insights are also important.
