Job summary

Zopa is seeking a Product Analyst for the Joint Current Account team. You will develop deep understanding of customers, guide product development toward innovative features, and own customer outcomes in a fast-paced, fintech environment.

You'll partner with product, design, engineering and analytics to deliver trusted insights daily, building analytics that drive decisions and improve the Joint Account product. Hybrid role with London office involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to design and analyse experiments (A/B tests) to drive product decisions.
• Strong data storytelling skills to translate insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Analysts to inform decisions for the Joint Current Account product.
• Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid product development amid uncertainty.
• Define metrics and serve as source of truth for product performance and user experience.
• Own analytics roadmap and identify opportunities for high-impact analyses.
• Build AI-enabled analytics tools and self-serve data products to tell actionable stories.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders, balancing precision and effort.
• Thrive in unstructured problems and drive decisions with directional insights.
