Job summary

Zopa Bank in London is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Joint Current Account team. You will develop a deep understanding of who our customers are and how they use the account to guide product development with rapid, directional insights.

You'll partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics, design experiments, define metrics as our truth, own the analytics roadmap, and build AI-enabled tools to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Technical: Experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python.
• Delivery: Fast-paced environment experience (fintech/start-up) with impact-first mindset.
• Clarity: Ability to derive signal from noise in unstructured problems and bring clear recommendations.
• Influence: Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders with respectful collaboration.
• Motivation: Self-starter with bias to action and interest in innovative banking products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Analysts to deliver insights for the Joint Account product.
• Design and evaluate experiments to guide rapid, directional product development.
• Define metrics that become the source of truth for product performance and user experience.
• Own the analytics roadmap and prioritize high-impact analyses.
• Build AI-enabled analytics tools and data apps to generate actionable insights.
