The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You’ll lead key product-focused workstreams, become a subject matter expert in product analytics, and play a critical role in shaping our product roadmap through impactful analysis and deep dives.

Key Responsibilities

Work with complex, high-volume data and model it into structured datasets that feed into dashboards and power our wider reporting estate
Analyse app usage data to uncover trends and insights into member behaviour — including login activity and engagement with key features — to help optimise the in-app experience and boost member engagement
Build a deep understanding of our app and technology to actively contribute to product discussions and help shape the future direction of our app experience
Partner closely with our product managers and designers to help shape hypotheses, inform strategy, and drive impactful decisions
Use data storytelling to bring the full member journey to life by delivering clear, compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders at all levels, regardless of technical background
Confidently make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders (even when the insights challenge expectations) and advocate for what the data is telling us to help drive the right outcomes
Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering analytical excellence, encouraging knowledge-sharing, and promoting best practices across the team

Requirements

Strong background in Product Analytics with a focus on user behaviour, feature adoption, and engagement metrics
Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and modeling data
Strong experience with data visualisation and BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase)
Experience analysing app or digital product data including event tracking (e.g. via GA4, Firebase, or similar tools)
Strong experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation from design through to analysis and interpretation
Ability to tell compelling data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences
Naturally curious and passionate about using data to solve problems, with strong communication skills to share insights clearly
Approachable, friendly, and team-oriented — thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting others to achieve shared goals
