We're hiring a Product Analyst – Researcher & Data Programme
Are you someone who loves making a difference through thoughtful collaboration, clear insights, and meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Researcher and Data Programme. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our Researcher product teams make more confident, informed decisions—enabling us to grow in ways that truly matter.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, enjoys working both independently and with others, and is excited about using data to shape product journeys and experiences.
How we work together
We’re a remote-first team that values flexibility and connection. Twice a month, we come together in person to collaborate, co-work, and share lunch. Once a quarter, we host a strategy day focused on big-picture thinking, problem-solving, and planning ahead. These gatherings are a great opportunity to build trusted relationships, learn from each other, and feel part of something meaningful.
We also host regular team demos and a book club—because celebrating what we build and continuously learning together is important to us.
What you’ll be doing
- Explore our product ecosystem to understand user needs and behaviours, identifying areas where we can grow and improve.
- Collaboratively define how we measure product success—setting KPIs and designing tracking to reflect what really matters.
- Share data-led recommendations to shape product direction, influencing senior product and business leaders.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams, offering thoughtful insights that guide decisions.
- Build and nurture reporting systems that help product squads and leadership stay aligned and focused on outcomes.
- Design and run experiments (A/B testing) that help us refine researcher workflows.
- Communicate insights in an accessible and engaging way, tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate with our Analytics Engineering team to ensure our data models (in dbt) are well-structured, documented, and accurate.
Minimum qualifications
- Previous experience in a Product, Data, or Data Science role.
- Strong technical foundation: confident with SQL and data modelling tools like dbt. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, Mode, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is highly valued.
- A natural communicator: you’re skilled at translating complex data into clear, compelling stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working in cross-functional teams and helping others make data-informed decisions.
- Purpose-driven: you're proactive and organised, and you take ownership while remaining open and responsive to feedback.
- Experience designing experiments and applying the right analytical techniques to answer meaningful questions.
- Bonus: Experience in Python/R is helpful but not required. A background in health, biotech, consumer tech, or B2B products is also a plus.
