Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Software / AI Engineer to join their Hungerford team. You will work across the full stack, from React frontend to C#/.NET APIs with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, hosting in Azure or AWS. A core focus is integrating large language models directly into shipping products with robust guardrails and security.

The role supports hybrid work: three days onsite in Hungerford and two from home, with salary up to £80,000 depending on experience. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial C#/.NET backend experience.
• React front-end experience or equivalent (Angular/Next.js).
• Experience integrating LLMs into live products or solutions.
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS).
• Proficient with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• GIT-based source control (GitHub or Azure DevOps).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features from front-end to API to databases.
• Design and implement guardrails around model behavior and outputs.
• Improve platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with architect, team lead and wider engineering team.
