Job summary

Searchability is hiring AI Full Stack Software Engineers at multiple levels to join an established software business embracing AI across its products. This back-end-leaning full stack role focuses on C#/.NET features for real products used by businesses.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience using AI tooling in a product context. Roles offer £45k–£80k with genuine progression in a growing AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial C#/.NET back-end development.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a product-focused environment.
• A track record of shipping working software into real products.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end across the stack, back-end leading in C#/.NET.
• Integrate and work alongside AI capability within established product codebases.
• Write production-grade software — error handling, logging, monitoring and sensible fallbacks.
• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to understand the business problem.
