Wild Rumpus is seeking a Producing and Development Lead to be part of our dynamic team in the United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will support and drive the creative output and develop new projects alongside the Artistic Director.

We’re looking for a Producing and Development Lead to join our team.

Join us in this pivotal role strategically supporting and driving the creative output of Wild Rumpus, developing new projects alongside the Artistic Director.

You’ll be responsible for developing projects, developing and deepening relationships, supporting and mentoring the creative development workstream, and reflecting on our work and the change it makes.
