Job description

This role is an exciting opportunity in Sky Sports Football, with the potential to work across our portfolio of rights including PL, EFL, WSL, SPFL and Soccer Saturday. As a Producer, you will be required to lead your team, providing clear direction and cultivating a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll do:

• Reporting into an Executive/Senior Producer, you will work as part of a team producing Sky Sports’ coverage across our Football rights portfolio.
• Encourage diversity of skills, inclusivity and positive culture
• Lead & manage a multi skilled team
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues & stakeholders across Sky, and governing bodies.
• Ensure that Sky Sports’ Football coverage continues to innovate across all platforms, including linear, social, and digital.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience of producing live football matches
• Trained and experienced both editorially and creatively to a high level in world-class live sport production
• An inspirational leader with track record of managing and motivating
• Strong communicator who will ensure all members of the team have the information and knowledge they need to do their jobs
• Willing to travel & work weekends.
