Job summary

BIP UK is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead procurement transformation initiatives for clients across sectors. You will drive governance, delivery leadership, and programme management to realise measurable business value.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, contribute to propositions and business development, and help grow our procurement transformation capability.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement transformation experience.
• Experience leading complex workstreams or programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Delivery leadership of procurement workstreams within transformation programmes.
• Governance, planning, and benefits realisation with vendors and partners.
• Lead procurement transformation activities from source-to-contract and procure-to-pay.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage costs, data, and analytics.
