Job summary

BIP UK is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead procurement transformation delivery within our P3M capability in London. The role focuses on governance, delivery leadership, and driving measurable business value for clients across sectors.

You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional teams, contributing to business development and capability growth while shaping transformation propositions. A London-based role with mandatory in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex procurement transformation programmes.
• Strong procurement, commercial, supplier management and change expertise.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: lead procurement workstreams within transformation programmes and manage delivery governance.
• Procurement Transformation: shape project deliverables across source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes.
• Stakeholder Leadership: build relationships with senior client stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Practice and People Development: contribute to propositions and coach delivery teams.
