Qualifications

• Significant experience leading procurement transformation or large-scale change programmes.
• Strong ability to drive process improvement and operating model design across complex organisations.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable business benefits through transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of procurement transformation initiatives aligned to ASDA's strategic objectives.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across procurement activities.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of procurement technology, governance and data-driven decision making.
• Develop and embed new ways of working, governance frameworks and best practice procurement processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Technology and Operations to drive change adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects with clear planning, governance and benefits realisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier collaboration, commercial performance and procurement capability.
• Support organisational change management including communications and training.
