PureGym is seeking a P2P Specialist to join the Procurement Team in Leeds. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days remotely, focusing on governance and continuous improvement of the Medius platform across global markets.
You will manage supplier catalogues, onboarding, and approval workflows, support JML, and deliver user training while ensuring compliance and DoA controls. Occasional international travel within Europe is expected up to four times a year.

We are looking for aP2P Specialist to join the Procurement Team.

The P2P (Procure to Pay) Specialist is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of PureGym’s global P2P platform (Medius).
The P2P Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of the Medius platform across all global markets. Key responsibilities / activities include:
There will be a requirement for occasional international travel (within Europe), up to 4 times per year
The successful candidate will be:
A custodian of our culture and values
>18 months in procurement operations, procure-to-pay systems, procurement administration or finance operations preferred
Key skills required include:
Experience of Medius or similar P2P platform is highly desirable
Experience managing user access, approval workflows and Delegation of Authority structures is preferred.
Excellent oral and written English language skills are essential.
