PureGym Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis at our London office.
You will lead recruitment across head office functions in the UK and international markets, partnering with hiring managers to drive best-practice hiring and an outstanding candidate experience. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the London office per week, with responsibility for end-to-end hiring, candidate engagement and analytics.

As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll lead recruitment activity across head office functions in all of our markets; UK, US, Switzerland and Denmark. – from initial brief through to offer. You'll be the go-to contact for all things hiring in your area, driving best-practice recruitment, ensuring candidate experience is front and centre, and continuously improving how we work.
