From building strong stakeholder relationships to mentoring staff and managing multiple priorities, this role combines leadership with hands-on procurement across spend categories, P2P processes and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, category management and supplier management.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop a procurement team.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Procurement Team with coaching and direction.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Scottish Operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, negotiations and contracts.
