Procurement Systems Manager - North West London £50,000 - £60,000

Our client, a leading waste management business, is hiring a dynamic and ambitious Procurement Systems Manager for their office in North London. The role will be responsible for overseeing the visibility of spend data and reporting analytics within the Procurement Function.

Your core responsibilities

1. Manage the integrity of the Procurement Spend Cube, including data cleansing with the Category Management Team.
2. Manage and maintain the supplier database and onboarding processes within D365.
3. Develop product items, punch-out catalogs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities related to procurement within D365.
4. Set data standards and SOPs to enhance the integrity of product items and catalogs within D365.
5. Maintain and promote the use of other procurement systems, including e-RFX (and e-Auctions) and contract management systems.
6. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly Dynamics AX) or similar ERP systems.
7. Have knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
