Your new role
In this role, you will lead their end-to-end Supply Chain, supporting a team of 8 tasked with optimizing Purchasing, Demand Forecasting, Inventory, Logistics, and Distribution. You will bring strategic leadership to identify opportunities and objectives, then drive ongoing refinements to systems and processes that will enable short and long-term goals to be achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
Your CV should demonstrate experience in a similar end-to-end role, ability to support and develop a team, successful supplier relationship management, cost control, management of logistics spend, oversight of import/export documentation, and experience in optimizing and automating processes to deliver high service levels (experience working with major retailers and improving demand forecasting collaboratively is a definite advantage).
