Job summary

Era4 is seeking a supplier governance professional to own the supplier register and drive end‑to‑end onboarding, due diligence, and contracts. You will oversee documentation, compliance evidence, and renewal tracking, coordinating with IT, Finance and Legal to keep records audit‑ready.

The role requires 4–5 years in procurement or supplier management, with the ability to interpret agreements and maintain asset registers. A proactive, structured, detail‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in procurement or supplier-management role.
• Experience reading and interpreting contracts and supplier agreements.
• Experience maintaining supplier databases and asset registers.
• Strong coordination across IT, Tech and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for onboarding new suppliers and simplify processes while maintaining rigor.
• Own and maintain the supplier register as the single source of truth through all stages (request, due diligence, legal review, leadership approval, finance setup).
• Collect, verify and store supplier documentation (insurance certificates, due diligence, InfoSec questionnaires).
• Track contract renewal/renegotiation dates and send timely reminders to owners.
• Own and maintain corporate and production asset registers from purchase to disposal with IT, Tech and Finance collaboration.
• Assist the GRC Manager with evidence for SOC 2 and ISO27001 third-party controls.
• Proven procurement/supplier-management experience and ability to read/scrutinise supplier agreements.
• Maintain structured records (supplier databases, asset registers, compliance trackers) with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across teams and manage priorities with attention to detail.
• Continuously improve processes and automation around supplier governance.
• Self-starting, adaptable to ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists.
