Era4 is seeking a procurement specialist to own the supplier register from day one, shaping the system, process, and standards as we scale. In a fast-growing startup, your work will influence operations, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will maintain supplier data end-to-end, drive due diligence, document control, and automation of workflows, with audit-ready records across teams. This role offers autonomy, direct leadership exposure, and meaningful impact as Era4 grows.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in procurement or supplier management with contract-reading experience.
• Experience maintaining structured records like supplier databases or asset registers with audit-ready accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong inclination for systems thinking and process automation.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while keeping detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for onboarding suppliers and streamline workflows.
• Own and maintain the supplier register as the single source of truth from request to approval.
• Collect, verify and store required supplier documentation and compliance evidence.
• Track renewal dates and send timely reminders to owners to avoid surprises.
• Maintain corporate and production asset registers, coordinating with IT, Tech and Finance.
• Support evidentiary needs for SOC 2 and ISO27001 third-party controls.
