Job summary

Stadium MK Ltd is seeking an organised and commercially aware Procurement Assistant to support procurement activity across the MK Dons Group, including the football club, hotel, stadium, arena and National Bowl operations.

You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of procurement categories, from supplier management to tenders, contract monitoring and spend analysis, with the opportunity to develop your commercial and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, administration or supply chain.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple suppliers and departments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement across all Group businesses.
• Obtain quotations and carry out price comparisons and market benchmarking.
• Maintain supplier, contract and purchase order records, including monitoring renewals.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews and due diligence.
• Assist with tenders, supplier negotiations and contract renewals.
• Analyse Group spend, savings and procurement KPIs.
• Produce regular procurement reports for management.
• Support food & beverage and energy procurement, including pricing and utility analysis.
