Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to CIPS Level 4 (Diploma) or equivalent
• Understanding of Category management
• Understanding of Risk management
• Understanding of external influences on NHS Wales procurement
• Understanding of EU procurement
• Knowledge of performance and process improvement, benchmarking
• Knowledge of Health Boards and Trusts procurement processes/procedures

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex procurement projects with commercial acumen.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff and customers.
• Contribute to business planning: contract and savings plans.
