Mannok Build Limited is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to assist with day-to-day stock purchasing and cross-department communication. You will ensure timely deliveries and uphold quality standards across departments including stores and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with purchasing software. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a purchasing role.

Mansioni

• Assist with the daily purchasing of stock for Mannok Manufacturing.
• Liaise with stores, accounts, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain and review the Vendor Assessment Scheme and quality standards.
• Organise the return of any unacceptable goods.
• Handle weekly reports, data analysis, updating databases, and stock orders.
• Carry out other duties as required by management.
