Job Title: Procurement Specialist(Facilities and Services) - 12 Month FTC

Function: Supply Chain

Location: South Lumley Street, Grangemouth.

Job Level: (Internal Reference Only) 4

Contract: Full Time / 12 Month FTC -Monday to Thursday, 08:30am – 16.45 & Friday, 08:30 – 12:30 (35 hours p/w) – Occasional travel. Hybrid working.

• Lead end-to-end tender processes for key commodity groups, managing annual spend areas of £1 million+.
• Develop and implement strategic supplier partnerships that align with our sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
• Negotiate contracts that deliver the best total cost outcomes while upholding quality, compliance, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure procurement solutions meet both current and future business needs.

For this role we're looking for:

• CIPS Diploma or equivalent procurement experience.
• Strong supplier relationship management and risk mitigation skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, including tendering and sustainable sourcing.
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical thinker with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes internally and externally.
