Job summary

A global iconic technology brand is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage media and advertising purchases. This role involves developing supplier relationships, reporting KPIs, and driving performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in marketing procurement, preferably in the consumer electronics sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

CIPS or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsible will be media, advertising purchases
You will be also responsible for developing, coordinating and managing the key suppliers in marketing, retail, service and logistics
You will report the relevant supplier KPIs and drive performance, identify and mitigate risk, anticipate challenges, drive best practices and enable continuous improvement
You will take ownership of issues, resolve them in line with business needs.
You will be in charge of recommending and implementing process improvements to improve supplier relationships and expand the supplier list.
You will be communicating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, supply chain management or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing procurement or a similar role, preferably within the consumer electronics and FMCG sector.
Previous working experience in supplier management, sourcing, contract management
Proven work experience with marketing agencies
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering company procurement strategies
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong supplier negotiation and development skills
CIPS or equivalent qualification is preferred to have
