ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Specialist on a permanent basis.

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be part of a team focused on Indirect Procurement Categories in IT, HR, and Factory Services. Your typical day-to-day will include meeting with suppliers, supporting with contract negotiations & tenders, RFIs, and implementing supplier agreements.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Manager/Head of Procurement in preparing RFI, RFQ, and ITT documents
2. Source new Suppliers and Materials
3. Negotiate with Suppliers
4. Implement Category Plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Procurement position
• Knowledge of Indirect Procurement Categories
• Experience in Contract Management & Tendering
• MCIPS Qualification / equivalent or working towards is beneficial but not essential
