Your Mission
As a key player in our Supply Chain team, you’ll be at the heart of our space missions, ensuring we source high-quality, high-performance subsystems and services to bring our satellites to life. From initial procurement to final delivery, your expertise will keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Sourcing: Shape and execute procurement strategies for
cutting-edge satellite subsystems - think advanced payloads, propulsion
systems, and next-gen communication modules.

Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier suppliers, negotiating the best deals to balance cost, quality, and reliability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside brilliant engineers, project managers, and quality assurance experts to align procurement with mission goals.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve—research new suppliers, track industry advancements, and scout emerging technologies.

Risk Management: Spot potential supply chain risks before they happen and develop smart contingency plans.

Performance Optimisation: Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier performance.

What You Need to Shine

Experience: Proven track record in procurement, ideally within aerospace, satellite subsystems, or high-tech engineering.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of satellite systems with the ability to interpret complex technical specs.

Negotiation & Communication: You’re a natural at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and securing the best possible deals.
