Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with 5-7 years of project management experience.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in procurement.
• Experience with NEC contracts and SRM (supplier relationship management).
• Strong analytic experience and problem-solving ability with ownership mindset.
• Experience in international sourcing and working across regions.

Travel: Up to 20% across Europe

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Program Manager (PPM) to join a global supply chain team supporting complex engineering and energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong project management expertise to lead procurement programmes, drive sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships across a diverse international supply chain.

Requirements:

• EPIC contract management under NEC framework and supply chain governance
• BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering with a minimum of 5 -7 years of project management experience.
• 5 to 7 years' experience in procurement
• Strong Analytic experience & Good problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership
• Ability to maintain long term productive relationship with supplier (SRM)
• A team player collaborating with multiple regions & product lines to serve Westinghouse's customers
• Knowledge of EMEA supplier base for the energy sector is a plus.
• Strategic & analytical orientation with ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results
• Experience in International sourcing.
• Microsoft Project Expertise or similar systems a plus
• Experience running large complex cross functional projects
• SAP & Ariba or similar system experience in a global environment is beneficial
• Ability to travel up to 20%
